- To initiate a refund, students must email info@uob.education within the specified ten (10) business day period.
- The refund request will be processed within ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days from the date of request.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Refund requests made after the ten (10) business day period will not be entertained.
- No exceptions will be made beyond this timeframe.
